Katharine is a great professional who has been working really hard. She was committed, engaging and she participated well in all of our meetings contributing efficiently by bringing new ideas for the other teachers who seemed to be experienced but in a strong need of major advice. In the beginning, she did not get on well with her peers and the team made insignificant progress that week, but she changed her mind and in the end her performance was even much better than the first week.

In her lessons, she tackled with all the issues that arose on the way very easily satisfying every students' needs and motivated students throughout the whole teaching process leading to a rich outcome in the end of each lesson.

An honest recommendation for improving would be to do some self-assessment and observing herself as well as try to foresee what problems may arise in the classroom prior to its beginning, although this is something that experience will tell over time.
