The lethal circle of desperation and death.

How do you do? The following story I am about to tell you now has to do with me doing leg squat yesterday, since it had been two months since the last time I worked out leg in the gym because I had to cover some teacher's class because they had gone to Bali and I had to stay doing all the work, but anyway that is not the case.

It turns out that I had finished doing leg extension and leg curl when I was on my way to the leg squat machine. I prepared everything; I set the bar at the right height and put discs on both sides (average weight). I started to do the first set and I bent my knees a little bit more than 90 degrees and when I was going to lift the weight, I did a harsh movement with my hip because I was afraid of losing my balance and I felt kind of a sharp pain on my right side. I thought it was my hip, but apparently had something to do with me not being stretched up my muscles enough (poor warm-up I guess). The thing is that while I was performing the exercise, I could notice a big ball pumping out making look fatter and I tried to hide it to look sexier, but it did not give any result at all making me fall into a lethal circle of desperation and death.
