What I say is like a "Whitelist"
That would work but I don't like the idea of restricting the access into the forum because the Internet has to be free and if we start making obstacles we will end up being tyrants like Electrik. It's not necessary we start speak english here, but i like it.
I think about trolling we don't worry about, because people can conform with the rules (only speak english, I think you can do trolling anyway, but always in english) like other subforums always does.
To repeat if anyone want to do the same with other language we can do it. For myself, to start with english it would be very useful for me and others.

Podría ampliarse a un 'subforo de Idiomas' con un intercambio o tándems para mejorar nuestra práctica.
